David co-founded Environmental Software Providers (ESP) in 1992 where he was Executive VP responsible for Business Development for 15 years before the company was sold in 2008. At ESP, David was responsible for initial design, funding and sales for all of the company’s products including opsEnvironmental and ecoAsset Manager. He grew business in the US, EU and Asia Pacific, through direct sales and partner engagements. Prior to founding xOverTime, David was a consultant in the enterprise environmental information management space as well as an angel investor supporting other entrepreneurs. David has engineering degrees from Rensselaer and MIT.
Michael founded xOverTime along with David Gloski in the fall of 2011. Prior to founding xOverTime, Michael held product management leadership roles for Renewable Energy and Sustainability at SunEdison and IHS Markit, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at support.com and eGain.com. Earlier in his career, Michael developed and licensed real-time aircraft diagnostic solutions with Air Canada at the National Research Council of Canada using technology developed as part of his PhD. Michael has a BEng in Engineering and a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, both from Cardiff University, Wales. Michael is from Mallow, Cork and currently lives in San Francisco, California.
Throughout his career with diverse organizations ranging from EPRI, ICF Consulting, SAP, and KPMG, Jim has directed partnerships, alliances, business development, and solution delivery across North America, Europe and Asia. Most recently prior to joining xOverTime, Jim was Director of Sustainable Enterprise at KPMG following several years as an Executive Director for Sustainability, Energy and Environment at SAP. He has been an active in the Silicon Valley Leadership Group where is the current co-chair of the Energy Committee and the recent past co-chair of the Environment Committee. Jim has graduate and undergraduate degrees in Environmental and Earth Sciences from Stanford University.
Previously, CK was at LoadStar (a Hutchison company) as their VP of Engineering, Director of Engineering at Savi Networks, and Director of Product Development at Teradata and Director of Product Development at Bristlecone. The products and solutions created under CK’s leadership have won acclaim from industry analysts and customers alike. CK has a Masters in Computers Applications, Masters in Systems Engineering and MBA. CK also co-founded Cindura, an innovative technology and product solutions company based in the Bay Area.
Don has been awarded the top strategic Account Executive at Enablon, IHS, ESP, and Computer Associates. Prior to emphasizing in sales Don was awarded top Sales Engineer, Project Manager and Developer at previous companies. Notably, Don worked with David Gloski at ESP where they brought to market leading web-based Environmental, Health and Safety Software and solutions. Don’s industry application experience includes Aerospace, Automotive, Energy (O&G and Utilities), General Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Food and Beverage, government and Financial. He has provided solutions to: EDS, GM, GE, Bell Labs (AT&T), Informix, Lockheed, Boeing, Raytheon, Textron – Bell Helicopter, Allied Signal, Teledyne, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Axiall, Waste Management, ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, Baker Hughes, PSEG, DTE Energy, Arizona Public Service, Federal Express, UPS, Western Refining, Navy, Air force, Marines, various City Governments and several other large to midsize corporations.
Todd has spent the majority of the last dozen years in Europe as an independent business consultant, primarily to small and medium-sized enterprises, and joined xOverTime in 2012. Prior to that, Todd was the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at an international leasing company, after having begun his professional career as a financial analyst at a worldwide distributor of networking products. Todd received a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Business Analysis at Louisiana State University before attending a Master of International Business program in Switzerland.
