David is an entrepreneur and engineer. He has over thirty years of experience helping companies with enterprise information solutions, with an emphasis on engineering and computationally intensive problem areas. He helps companies improve their business process efficiency and streamline and improve their information flows and analyses. David has successfully founded and developed a bootstrap enterprise environmental information solutions company, ESP (Environmental Software Providers) where he was responsible for strategic business development and sales, with an emphasis on the energy and manufacturing sectors. David has considerable experience in greenhouse gas and emissions trading information management solutions.
At xOverTime David is responsible for making sure the team is on the same page with its strategic direction and that it has the resources to be successful. David is responsible for key client relationships and strategic business development along with overseeing the operations of the company.
David co-founded Environmental Software Providers (ESP) in 1992 where he was Executive VP responsible for Business Development for 15 years before the company was sold in 2008. At ESP, David was responsible for initial design, funding and sales for all of the company’s products including opsEnvironmental and ecoAsset Manager. He grew business in the US, EU and Asia Pacific, through direct sales and partner engagements. Prior to founding xOverTime, David was a consultant in the enterprise environmental information management space as well as an angel investor supporting other entrepreneurs. David has engineering degrees from Rensselaer and MIT.
Michael oversees product management and strategy for xOverTime. He is also responsible for several key client relationships and the strategic services xOverTime delivers to them. Currently, Michael is helping a key client overseeing multiple in-flight efforts spanning Rate Design, Load & Rate Forecasting and Regulatory Case Management.
Over the last couple of years Michael has helped a key client with a series of large scale enterprise deployments. Including the deployment of an Enterprise Asset Management system for enterprise portfolio and project management. Earlier Michael helped deploy and manage the implementation and roll-out of Enterprise Trading and Risk Management systems. This effort leveraged Michael’s Renewable Energy & Sustainability experience with California’s AB32 Greenhouse Gas program.
Michael founded xOverTime along with David Gloski in the fall of 2011. Prior to founding xOverTime, Michael held product management leadership roles for Renewable Energy and Sustainability at SunEdison and IHS Markit, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at support.com and eGain.com.
Earlier in his career, Michael developed and licensed real-time aircraft diagnostic solutions with Air Canada at the National Research Council of Canada using technology developed as part of his PhD. Michael has a BEng in Engineering and a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, both from Cardiff University, Wales. Michael is from Mallow, Cork and currently lives in San Francisco, California.
Jim Davis has over 30 years of experience in enterprise software solutions, management consulting, corporate environmental sustainability, and power/energy industry R&D. He has driven executive thought leadership in corporate strategy, information systems and business intelligence at mature world-class companies and start-ups committed to innovative solutions that advance operational excellence in environment, energy and global sustainability. Jim specializes in delivering triple bottom line value to organizations of all sizes in private industry and government, with emphasis on management consulting and software solutions for energy and environmental performance, emissions markets, and corporate responsibility.
Jim joined xOverTime’s management team in 2014 as Vice President leading service delivery and strategy. He is responsible for key client relationships and the strategic services xOverTime delivers to them.
Throughout his career with diverse organizations ranging from EPRI, ICF Consulting, SAP, and KPMG, Jim has directed partnerships, alliances, business development, and solution delivery across North America, Europe and Asia. Most recently prior to joining xOverTime, Jim was Director of Sustainable Enterprise at KPMG following several years as an Executive Director for Sustainability, Energy and Environment at SAP. He has been an active in the Silicon Valley Leadership Group where is the current co-chair of the Energy Committee and the recent past co-chair of the Environment Committee. Jim has graduate and undergraduate degrees in Environmental and Earth Sciences from Stanford University.
Narayana C Krishna
Narayana C Krishna (CK) brings over two decades experience in technology and startups. CK has a solid track record of conceptualizing and building product solutions in niche technology areas of Big Data, Enterprise Mobility, SaaS, Cloud Computing, Enterprise and Distributed application architectures. CK has successfully built and led global engineering teams from ground-zero, predominantly in China, India, Mexico, Singapore, Malaysia and Romania. He is extremely hands on in terms of technology architectures specifications, open source frameworks, agile/scrum implementations and cloud service implementations.
At xOverTime, CK is responsible for engineering and operations including driving/building the product vision, technology and architectures ownership, fostering technology partnership, SaaS vision and overall customer provisioning and support functions.
Previously, CK was at LoadStar (a Hutchison company) as their VP of Engineering, Director of Engineering at Savi Networks, and Director of Product Development at Teradata and Director of Product Development at Bristlecone. The products and solutions created under CK’s leadership have won acclaim from industry analysts and customers alike. CK has a Masters in Computers Applications, Masters in Systems Engineering and MBA. CK also co-founded Cindura, an innovative technology and product solutions company based in the Bay Area.
Todd has more than twenty years of experience in financial analysis and international business, with an emphasis on financial modeling and the development of analytical processes that support strategic planning and management reporting. In addition to overseeing Finance & Operations at xOverTime, Todd also assists on product development and client services.
Todd has spent the majority of the last dozen years in Europe as an independent business consultant, primarily to small and medium-sized enterprises, and joined xOverTime in 2012. Prior to that, Todd was the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at an international leasing company, after having begun his professional career as a financial analyst at a worldwide distributor of networking products. Todd received a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Business Analysis at Louisiana State University before attending a Master of International Business program in Switzerland.
