Bob Yau is president and CEO of xOverTime. Bob has over 20 years of experience in data and analytics. Bob has worked on 100’s of projects for Salesforce, Cisco Systems, PG&E, Genentech, Yahoo!, Ten-X, and Atlasssian. Bob values customer success and delivering solutions that customers value. Bob was featured in Epoch times, and speaks as an industry expert in planning and forecasting systems.
Bob in his free time, coaches youth basketball and supports local youth sports initiatives. Bob has 3 children and lives in Palos Verdes Estates.
David is an entrepreneur and engineer. He has over thirty years of experience helping companies with enterprise information solutions, with an emphasis on engineering and computationally intensive problem areas. He helps companies improve their business process efficiency and streamline and improve their information flows and analyses. David has successfully founded and developed a bootstrap enterprise environmental information solutions company, ESP (Environmental Software Providers) where he was responsible for strategic business development and sales, with an emphasis on the energy and manufacturing sectors. David has considerable experience in greenhouse gas and emissions trading information management solutions.
At xOverTime, David is responsible for making sure the team is on the same page with its strategic direction and that it has the resources to be successful. David is responsible for key client relationships and strategic business development along with overseeing the operations of the company.
David co-founded Environmental Software Providers (ESP) in 1992 where he was Executive VP responsible for Business Development for 15 years before the company was sold in 2008. At ESP, David was responsible for initial design, funding, and sales for all of the company’s products including opsEnvironmental and ecoAsset Manager. He grew business in the US, EU, and the Asia Pacific, through direct sales and partner engagements. Prior to founding xOverTime, David was a consultant in the enterprise environmental information management space as well as an angel investor supporting other entrepreneurs. David has engineering degrees from Rensselaer and MIT.
Narayana C Krishna
Narayana C Krishna (CK) brings over two decades of experience in technology and startups. CK has a solid track record of conceptualizing and building product solutions in niche technology areas of Big Data, Enterprise Mobility, SaaS, Cloud Computing, Enterprise and Distributed application architectures. CK has successfully built and led global engineering teams from ground-zero, predominantly in China, India, Mexico, Singapore, Malaysia and Romania. He is extremely hands on in terms of technology architectures specifications, open source frameworks, agile/scrum implementations and cloud service implementations.
At xOverTime, CK is responsible for engineering and operations including driving/building the product vision, technology, and architectures ownership, fostering technology partnership, SaaS vision, and overall customer provisioning and support functions.
Previously, CK was at LoadStar (a Hutchison company) as their VP of Engineering, Director of Engineering at Savi Networks, and Director of Product Development at Teradata and Director of Product Development at Bristlecone. The products and solutions created under CK’s leadership have won acclaim from industry analysts and customers alike. CK has a Masters in Computer Applications, Masters in Systems Engineering and an MBA. CK also co-founded Cindura, innovative technology and product solutions company based in the Bay Area.
Todd has more than twenty years of experience in financial analysis and international business, with an emphasis on financial modeling and the development of analytical processes that support strategic planning and management reporting. In addition to overseeing Finance & Operations at xOverTime, Todd also assists on product development and client services.
Todd has spent the majority of the last dozen years in Europe as an independent business consultant, primarily to small and medium-sized enterprises, and joined xOverTime in 2012. Prior to that, Todd was the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at an international leasing company, after having begun his professional career as a financial analyst at a worldwide distributor of networking products. Todd received a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Business Analysis at Louisiana State University before attending a Master of International Business program in Switzerland.
Jeff is a services engineer with a focus on business intelligence and process automation. He has worked with clients both big and small to build a data strategy and target pain points to reduce manual effort. Jeff has worked with a diverse array of teams responsible for business functions including financial accounting, financial analysis and forecasting, customer relationship management, cap and trade allowance management, emission inventory reporting, and task management. In each of these areas, he has worked as a full-stack engineer and business analyst collecting requirements, designing solutions, building underlying database structures, coding middleware APIs and ultimately crafting front end tools, dashboards and web pages for business users.
At xOverTime, Jeff leads the services team to deploy, implement and support the xOverTime platform. He works directly with clients to understand their business problems, design a solution and train users. Jeff also integrates with the development team to represent client needs and feature requests in product roadmap discussions.
Jeff began his career working in some of the world’s largest banks and has consulted for numerous utility companies. He has both back office and front office experience supporting data-driven processes in a plethora of databases, programming languages, and visualization tools. Jeff holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
