Turlock Irrigation District to Discuss xCITSS its GHG Position Management Solution

Turlock Irrigation District to Discuss xCITSS

On Wednesday February 18th Ken Nold of the Turlock Irrigation District (TID) will present his company’s approach to managing its allowance and credit portfolio associated with California’s GHG Cap and Trade Program (AB32).  TID started with xCITSS, a solution offered by xOverTime Inc., and tailored the solution to meet their needs.  Since xCITSS is based upon Microsoft Excel, it was easy for TID to extend the functionality and add reporting to meet the needs of TID management and accounting.  xCITSS records all compliance instrument transactions, manages inventory and accounting, and tracks emissions to support both compliance and financial position reports and dashboards.  The presentation will take place as part of the Energy, Utility, and Environment (EUEC) conference in San Diego as part of Session H7 Titled California Climate Management.

EUEC 2015 is the 18th annual energy, utility and environment conference.  The conference offers a ten track technical program with over 400 expert speakers from utility, government and academia, presenting current issues and updates on air policy and regulations, mercury and multi-pollutant control, air pollution monitoring, energy policy, control technologies. EUEC is the longest running and largest event of its kind in the U.S.
